Marketing Liaison
These are projects I completed as Marketing Liaison for the Rothberg International School in the International Office at the Hebrew University, where I also served as International Alumni Coordinator.
Representing the Hebrew University at Fairs
I represented the Hebrew University's international programs at fairs around Israel, speaking with potential students about what we offer. My goal was to connect with participants and convert interest into leads by encouraging them to sign up for more information and stay in touch as they consider studying with us.
Digital Open Day Marketing and Logistics
I helped plan and run Hebrew University’s Digital Open Days, which are live Zoom events designed to connect prospective international students with our programs and faculty. I handled distribution and marketing by sending invites, coordinating with partners, posting to social media, and mapping new outreach opportunities. On the logistics side, I coordinated speakers and faculty, ran the event live, managed the chat, and ensured everything goes smoothly. With 200–500 attendees per event, these Open Days are a key tool for generating leads and helping students explore their academic options.
Supporting Olim Initiative
I led an initiative to better support Olim students at the Hebrew University by gathering direct feedback on their unique needs. I facilitated a focus group and conducted a survey with a 20% response rate to identify key challenges and areas for improvement. I then created a presentation based on these findings for upper management and the board to support advocacy for increased funding and enhanced services tailored to Olim.
Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration
I worked to strengthen and build strategic partnerships with organizations like Masa, Nefesh B'Nefesh, Garin Tzabar, CAMERA on Campus, AIPAC, Prizmah, Hillel International, and StandWithUS. My role involved maintaining ongoing communication, sharing resources, and collaborating on initiatives to expand program reach. For example, with Garin Tzabar, we developed a scholarship program tailored for their participants. The Masa event pictured was a speed-tabling session where we connected with partner organizers, shared updates, and planned future campaigns.
Organizing Campus Visits
I organized campus visits for prospective students, high school groups, gap year programs, and other groups, coordinating every step from outreach to execution. I worked closely with group organizers and University staff to plan full visit schedules, which included classroom reservations, info sessions with faculty, campus tours, and guest lectures. For larger groups like Ohrsom (pictured), I also arranged special programming, such as a lesson with their rabbi in the campus synagogue. I handled logistics, scheduling, hosting, and guiding, with group sizes ranging from 10 to 150, while always aiming to convert interest into future leads.
Content Writing for International Audiences
I took official Hebrew University press releases and transform them into engaging, accessible articles for an international audience. I adapted the language while preserving the integrity of the research or message, and then created accompanying posts for social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to expand reach and visibility. Topics ranged from groundbreaking research to faculty spotlights and campus initiatives.

These are projects I completed in my role as International Alumni Coordinator at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a position I held alongside my work as Marketing Liaison.
HUJI Global Alumni Mentorship Program
I launched and ran the HUJI Global Alumni Mentorship Program, which connects international alumni with current MA and MSc students to foster personal, academic, and professional growth. I designed the program structure, recruited and matched participants, managed communications, organized virtual events, and wrote all website and marketing copy. In its first semester, the program had 20 matches and received excellent feedback. Most mentor-mentee pairs met regularly and found the experience meaningful. We used tools like Zoom, WhatsApp, Inwise, and Google Forms to hold workshops, market the program, support engagement, and track outcomes. The program is now expanding to include undergraduate students in the upcoming semester.
Managing International Alumni Data
I managed all data for over 18,000 alumni of the Hebrew University’s international programs, overseeing databases and mailing lists across platforms including Excel, Inwise, and Salesforce. I cleaned and streamlined existing data, added new alumni records, and ensured accurate segmentation for email campaigns, event invitations, and targeted outreach, such as recruiting alumni to represent the university at fairs and digital open days. I also coordinated with partners like the global Friends of the Hebrew University offices to keep our records aligned and up to date.
Alum of the Month Series
I created and managed the HUJI Global Alumni “Alum of the Month” Spotlight Series, which highlights the achievements of standout international alumni. Each month, I selected and interviewed featured alumni, wrote their stories, and published the spotlights across our website, social media, and monthly HUJI Highlights newsletter. The goal was to build community, inspire current students, drive alumni engagement, and grow the Global Alumni Association. The feature shown here spotlights Dr. Mordy Rosen, an award-winning physicist and Hebrew University graduate whose team achieved the world’s first-ever fusion ignition.
HUJI Highlights Monthly Alumni Newsletter
I helped create and manage HUJI Highlights, the Hebrew University’s monthly newsletter for international alumni and global partners. The newsletter featured alumni spotlights, program updates, event invitations, university news, and social media highlights—designed to keep alumni engaged and encourage participation in the Global Alumni Association. I curated and wrote content, managed the mailing list, input the final version into Inwise, and handled distribution. HUJI Highlights consistently reached a wide global audience and achieved an average open rate of 40%.
Facilitating Regional Alumni Groups
I facilitated regional alumni groups across countries including Brazil, Uruguay, Australia, and the United States, working closely with HUJI Global Friends Of offices. I identified alumni in each region, invited them to join local groups, supported group leadership, and provided resources to foster engagement. I organized Zoom introductions, managed WhatsApp community chats, and helped create website copy. We piloted this initiative with the Brazilian Alumni Association. These regional groups connect through LinkedIn, group chats, and in-person meetups to build local community, promote Hebrew University’s international programs, and strengthen involvement in the global alumni association.
